Sunshine Kids accepts children from 6 weeks to school age.

Starting at just 6 weeks of age, your child is welcome to join our Sunshine Kids family.  Our infants can base their day on any schedule that you provide or that meets their needs. Infant activities depend on developmental level, but include: Practice standing, walking, sitting, holding head up; tummy time, play time; story time; interacting with peers; and one-on-one time with teachers. We provide Parent’s Choice formula and Gerber baby food. 

We separate our toddlers into two rooms: younger toddlers (1-2 years) and older toddlers (2-3).  Toddlers in each room enjoy circle time, arts and crafts, dancing, singing, outdoor play, dramatic play, and many other activities. We also start trying to potty train at these ages. 

Our preschoolers are around 3-5 years old. Preschoolers enjoy circle time, various arts and crafts, outdoor play, singing, dancing, calendar, pledge, flag, spelling their names, reciting addresses and phone numbers, and many other activities. 

School age children are welcome in our centers from 5 years and up to 12 years of age. In this room, the children enjoy circle time, homework time, science experiments, outdoor play, arts and crafts, and much more.
